Educational Visits
During Year 7 pupils experience an exciting residential trip. The five days are always full of fun and new experiences for pupils, where many have not been away from home before. Activities usually include swimming, abseiling, go karting, high ropes, and BMX biking.
In years 8-10 pupils are given the opportunity to go on a week’s performing arts residential trip to Leiston Abbey in Suffolk. All pupils work incredibly hard to establish a wonderfully creative and supportive atmosphere, putting together a production which they perform at the end of the week and to the whole school when they return. Those pupils not attending the Performing Arts Journey have the opportunity to take part in a non-residential activity week instead.
Outward Bound - In Key Stage 4 pupils complete a challenging outward bound week, which contributes to their Youth Awards.
